Our Services
What services do you offer? How much do they cost? Do you help with finding a job? – These are the three most common questions we hear, right after How do I immigrate to Canada? Here are our answers.
What We Do
As a full-service immigration law firm with over 15 years of experience, we handle virtually every aspect of Canadian immigration and visa law.
For clients planning to visit or stay temporarily, we prepare applications for visitor and tourist visas, work permits, study permits, super visas for parents, and extensions of stay in Canada. We also help international students choose suitable programs and register with Canadian colleges and universities.
For those seeking permanent residence, we manage the full process – from educational credential assessments and Express Entry registration to Provincial Nominee Program applications and family sponsorship, including spousal and parental sponsorship. We also handle business immigration pathways for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and owner-operators, as well as investment-based immigration through company incorporation in Canada.
Once you've settled, we assist with PR card renewals, restoration of permanent resident status, and citizenship applications.
If you've been refused at any stage, we represent clients in visa and immigration refusal reviews, appeals before the Immigration Appeal Division, and judicial reviews in Federal Court – including cases other firms won't take.
We also handle humanitarian and compassionate applications, refugee claims, LMIA applications for Canadian employers, certified document translation from any language, notarization, document legalization, and formal requests for immigration file records from Canadian authorities (ATIP).
Long-Term Strategy
One of the most important parts of our practice is long-term client support. For clients who intend to immigrate to Canada but are not yet eligible, we develop a preparation strategy, register them in Express Entry, and monitor every opportunity as it arises – particularly through provincial immigration programs, where timing and readiness are everything.
Our work is conducted in full compliance with current Canadian immigration legislation, applicable regulations, and prevailing legal practice.
Fees
Our fees depend on the scope of work required in each individual case. Immigration to Canada is no longer a one-size-fits-all process – every situation is different, and the work involved varies accordingly.
As a general guide, our legal fees for a family immigration case typically range from $5,000 to $7,000 CAD, payable in several installments over the course of the process, which usually takes about a year or longer. When combined with government fees and other expenses, the total cost for a family generally falls between $8,000 and $12,000 CAD.
We only accept cases where there is a realistic possibility of achieving a positive outcome.
Employment
We are not a staffing or recruitment agency and do not provide job placement services. However, we regularly assist Canadian employers with LMIA applications and foreign professionals with work permit applications.
